How it works

First step is to create a profile (you only need to do this once). This will allow Scott to build a database of riders and group riders in the same skill level. You will receive the Heads Up, Invite and Confirmation emails along with general updates to the email provided, so keep an eye out for them. You only need to submit a profile ONCE and your information will be saved. 

When powder days approach, Scott will send out a Heads Up email blast several days prior to the ski day. If you want to ride that day, add your name, info and the day you want to ride to the waitlist and Scott will contact you with further instructions. 

If you are chosen to ride you will get an Invite email from Scott with an invoice to pay for your spot.

When you receive this invoice you have 12 hours to pay or bail on your spot. If you want to bail, just give Scott a friendly heads up that you need to cancel. After 12 hours with no payment Scott will have to fill your spot. 

Once you pay your invoice, you will get a Confirmation email letting you know that your payment was received along with further instructions for meeting. 

How to sign up as a group of 5 and buy online:

-Make sure each person has filled out a profile with all their CORRECT information. CREATE A PROFILE HERE
-Reach out to Scott. Send Scott an email with each riders FIRST & LAST name, phone number and the days you want to ski. REACH OUT TO SCOTT HERE
-Wait for a Welcome email from Scott with further instructions.
-Since Scott only wants to ride on the best, snowiest days, he will be giving a 24-48 hour notice through email blast when he will be opening spots for groups to sign up.
-The best option will be to have a group of 5 riders ready to go. 
-**It is VERY important to make sure your contact email and phone number are correct**

How to sign up as a single rider:

-Make sure you fill out a Profile. CREATE A PROFILE HERE
-If you cant find 5 people to ride with, then CONTACT SCOTT or email Scott at SkiwithScott@gmail.com with all your info(FULL NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER) and how many riders you have, what day you want to ride and you will be added to the waiting list.
-Its best to email as soon as possible on the days prior to a heavy snow day as spots fill up fast. 
-Once Scott has filled as many spaces as possible, he will email you the total amount of riders and total it would cost to ride.
-Once you have that information, you get to decide if you want to pay or bail.
-An email will be sent out with an invoice to pay.
-Confirmation and further instructions will follow so keep an eye on your email!
